Rajkot: Three people were ordered by Gondal police because they cheated private sector banks.
The defendant took a loan from Bank Bandhan by photographing a plot of land.
Later, they built shopping centers on land and sell property illegally.
Bank Manager, Narshin Gothi, filed a complaint that Natvar Bhalala, Sharmila Bhalala and Narendra Bahalala, all residents of Moviya Village, have a loan in 2011 Rs 47 lakh by photographing a plot of land in the same village.
The land is provided for housing purposes.
Three loan installments are paid for several years and then start default.
According to the procedure, the bank first issued a notification and after it initiated the process of attaching the property.
It was revealed, the trio has built a shopping complex on the land.
The defendant was ordered under the IPC part 406, 420 and 114.
