Lucknow: Buzz returned to Lucknow University after a gap of nearly three and a half months when the campus was reopened on Friday.
While students like to meet their friends again, they are also under pressure when they appear for the exam in the middle of the Coronavirus crisis.
On Friday, 747 students last year BBA, BCA, BTECH and MBA took their first test on the new campus Lu and 10 centers.
While Lu official said they had made adequate arrangements to ensure that the Covid-19 safety protocol was in place, the social distance went to throw after students walked out of the classroom after the examination.
However, before entering the examination hall, students wore facemask and use cleaners.
Teachers and other administrative staff are seen following the social blasphemy norm.
“We are happy to see our friends but there is no welcome arms this time.
We are under our teacher’s watch.
We are not allowed to stay on campus after the examination,” said a student.
Officials said 205 students appeared for BBA, BBA (IB), BBA (MS), and a five-year MBA exam while 173 appeared for MBA (FC), MBA (HR), Maba (MKT).
In Btech, 236 students 131 BCA students wrote a test.
“Usually 70 students were made to sit in one room but remember it, only 25 students accommodated in one room.
All students sit 25 minutes before the examination.
Those who do not have a mask provided one,” Lu Durgesh Srivasta spokesman said.
