Three of Vadodara Institute was ordered to cover rape

Vadodara: Two Trustees and Mentors who work at the Vadodara-based Oasis Institute were ordered by Crime Branch because they tried to cover up the alleged rape of a 18-year-old girl gang who then committed suicide.
The police said that the defendant was aware of the alleged sexual violence but they did not tell the police or the girl’s parents.
Crime branch officials said that the Institute management acted proactively and told the police, the girl’s life could be saved.
“We have booked Managing Trustee Priti Shah, Wali Manda Sanjeev Shah and Vaishnavi Taparia employees under the IPC 114, 176 and 202.
The three will be asked immediately and the action will begin against them,” the police said.
The investigation revealed that the girl pursued a course at the Institute for the past two years besides working as a shop manager there.
“After he was suspected of being raped at the Ground Institute of Vaccine, the girl told the trusteers and other girls at the Institute.
If they notify the police, we will be able to gather evidence and accuse the defendant.

After suicide of the girl, several complaints were carried out on the Institute who followed the City Police Commissioner where Shamsher Singh had ordered an investigation against Oasis.
The girl also accused the Oasis of the Institute to cause her daughter’s death and seek actions against management.
The girl, a resident of Navsari, was found dead on the Gujarat Queen Express train at the Valsad Railway Station in 4.
November police found a diary from his bag where he had written that he was sexually attacked by two automated drivers at the Ground Institute in Vadodara at 29 October.
The police began an investigation in this case and launched a hunt for tracking defendants.
But despite questioning hundreds of car drivers and scanning CCTV recordings, the police have not been able to get the guidance accused.
