Letter: DCP traffic on Thursday suspended three traffic police including a woman Lok Rakshak.
The actions against the three were taken after the police commissioner found them guilty of neglect of tasks.
According to the police, on January 30, 2022, Sharad Singhal, the additional police commissioner (traffic & crime) during the patrol found traffic personnel carrying out enforcement procedures while sitting on the Autorickshaw.
Other traffic police were seen on duty without his uniform.
Singhal asked for detail from two policemen for further action.
Prashant Sumbe, DCP traffic, during patrols on February 5, 2022, saw a female police personnel stated at the Union Park traffic point sitting on a nearby bench.
