A total of 10 pistols resembled a foreign artificial arm, 50 dead cartridges, 30 live cartridges, 23 magazines, 80 spring rolls, drilling machines, screwdrivers and small gun parts confiscated from their ownership.

The defendant has contributed raw materials from the Vinod Nagar Delhi area through someone named Saleem.

“The defendant has run the illegal weapons supply racket with two major linkmates, Rahees and Hashim, a weapons pedler who previously presented the term prison after his arrest by Delhi’s police specifically in 2010 in connection with illegal weapons trade.
Sagir was also captured by Delhi’s police specifically in cases related to weapons.
“Hashim met Sagir in Tihar Jail and both attacked an agreement on sales and purchasing illegal weapons in NCR.
Through Hashim, they came into contact with illegal weapons supply networks,” said DCP (Crime).
The defendant will try to produce an American-made M9 replica used by the famous US armed forces and Llama Spanish pistols and will sell each pistol to Rahees each for RS 25,000, which will then supply arms for each customer for each Rs 1 lakh, said the crime branch officer.
