Krishnagiri: Three Youth, All 18-year-old, died near Shoolagiri in Krishnagiri District on Wednesday night after the bicycle where they traveled crashing into a cement bag truck.
Shoolagiri police identified the deceased such as S Ilayerumal, S Sakthivel and S Kumar, all of the village of Arasatty near Hosur.
Ilayerumal is a second year student in the art of government and Science College in Hosur.
“Three young men returned from Krishnagiri to Arasatatty on a bicycle at around 5:30 a.m.
Inner Outside the limits are permitted, “said a police officer.
“Because of the impact, the three fell from the bicycle and ran on the rear wheel of the truck.
They died on the spot,” the officer said.
The police took the bodies and sent them to the Hosur Government Hospital for Postmortem.
Hosur Additional Inspector Police B Aravindhan visited the place.
Traffic on stretches was influenced temporarily due to the accident.
