Throwing ‘Love’ Chit in a married woman is the simplicity of anger: HC

Nagpur: Nagpur bench from the Bombay High Court has decided that throwing Chit to a married woman because it states the number of love to impose its courtesy.
It slapped the fine of the RS 90,000 on an accused of 54 years allegedly accused of Akola, where RS 85,000 must be paid to the victims who survived as compensation.
While upholding confidence in the Akola session court, HC added that the simplicity of a woman is “the most valuable gem” and there is no possible “Straitjacket formula to ascertain whether it is angry”.
“The complainant is a 45-year-old married woman.
The action of throwing Chit in the person who claimed to be love, and who contained poetic verses, although very, was enough to be angry,” Judge Rohit Deo.
The judge added that he had no reason to eliminate the evidence of the woman that the Petitioner Shrikrushna was a chit throwing a chit to him containing unpleasant material.
“There were no mistakes that could be found with the simultaneous findings that the defendant was angry at his simplicity.

He also slapped Rs 40,000, where RS 35,000 would be paid to women as compensation.
Tawari challenged the verdict by submitting a compete revision application that survivors filed false complaints when he bought food with credit from his shop and did not tend to pay the amount.
While hitting his belief below Section 506, Deo observed that he deserved the opportunity to reform and start the remaining sentence.
“The Petitioner has undergone a 45-day detention Fine to Rs 90,000 and told the applicant to deposit at the court court within 15 days.
“He will submit a written statement of compliance in the registry.
Magistrate the trial must ensure that the victim who is realized about this assessment and increased fine is paid to be proper.
If due to death or other reasons, he is not available, it must be paid to his legal heirs.
