Panaji: Beach huts that enjoy a steady business from the beginning Diwali has seen spoilers in the form of rain in the last few days.

In recent years, several operators in Calangute, Baga and Candolim also began installing small decorated canopies, enough to accommodate tables and four seats, to provide privacy to their guests.
An operator in Baga said that even though all did not regulate the canopy, and because they were legally not permitted, some did it to attract customers.
“With competition to stiff, we have a trick to get a maximum business.
Tourists also like to eat in the open.
For many people it is an unforgettable night, which they cannot experience anywhere in India,” he said without wanting to be named.
