Coimbatore: Tirupur South Police Station has been named the Best Police Station in the State of 2020.
While Thiruvannamalai Taluk Police Station pocketed second place, E3 Anna Nagar station in Madurai City is placed a third in the proud category.
The Minister of Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court of Constitutional Court Stalin will hand over the CM trophy to the station’s house officers from this police station during the Republican Day celebration will be held at Chennai on January 26, 2022.
According to official sources, the police station was considered to be arrested in the arrest of the Defendant in Pocso (Children’s protection from sexual violations) acting and murder cases, the archival of timely time, detention of customary violates under the GOONDA Law, the implementation of peace bonds based on part 110 of the criminal procedure code to prevent crime, level of confidence, disposal of fast cases, properly maintaining notes and order more cases under special and local laws, especially in cases related to drug sales and forbidden lottery tickets.
“Tirupur South Police Station performs well on all these aspects.
Chargesheets in the murder case were submitted before the 90-day period, ensuring that the diary was in the right condition.
The station follows all the parameters and superior in everything,” said S Aravind, representative Police Commissioner (Law & Order), Tirupur City.
Other police sources said former police inspectors were prakash deserving the achievements of Tirupur South Station.
“The station has performed well during his term as a police inspector.
However, he was transferred and posted with Wing Enforcement of the City ban as a police inspector.”
