Kolkata: Trinamool Congress will release his election manifesto for the polls of the Municipal Corporation Agartala after that stepping over the campaign pitch.
A party candidate on Monday was arrested after he demonstrated at Tripura Police Headquarters.
The candidate was previously removed with the body from the site when he went to see the senior officer complaining he was not allowed to campaign despite the command of the Supreme Court.
