KOLKATA: Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Sudip Banerjee on Monday requested the chief of opposition from West Bengal meeting Suvendu Adhikari to care for those 25 overlooking BJP MLAs first before considering the anti-defection lawenforcement.
Talking to ANI, Banerjee said,”Anti-Defection Law isn’t the topic of someone.
It must pass both houses of Parliament and then to the meeting.
In case the resistance leader in the BJP would like to deliver a fresh rule he could request the central authorities.
They’re there in electricity.” Banerjee also raised concerns within the 25 BJP MLAs that had been lacking in the celebration’s assembly on Monday.
“Where would be the 25 overlooking MLAs.
First discuss issuing anti-defection laws .
He (Suvendu Adhikari) must care for his MLAs today, then speak about the others,” additional Banerjee.
About Suvendu’s dad Sishir Adhikari, Banerjee explained,”I’d spoken with Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla ji about June 2 asking him to commence a practice of seizing obligations of Sisir Adhikari along with Sunil Mondal.

Observing this, 50 BJP MLAs led by Adhikari passed over a memorandum into West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar.
“50 MLAs of Opposition for example Suvendu Adhikari have passed over a memorandum for me, bringing my focus towards four factors involving anti-defection regulation and events of Tiljala and Chandan Nagar,” explained West Bengal governor Jagdeep Dhankhar.
The evolution comes days following former BJP nationwide vice-president Mukul Roy and his son Subhranshu Roy united the TMC on Friday.
Further, the other BJP MLA Rajib Banerjee fulfilled with Trinamool Congress’s state general secretary Kunal Ghosh in the latter’s residence here on Saturday.
Even the BJP lost the surveys but emerged since the second-largest celebration with 77 seats in the 294-member West Bengal meeting.
Trinamool Congress enrolled a landslide success winning 213 chairs.
