PANAJI: Expressing concern for large data on voters Goan collected by TMC and the Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC), the Forward Goa Party (GFP) on Friday urged the Election Commission to see the TMC selection.
GFP also urged Goan voters to be alert about sharing data with an unknown entity.
GFP said that TMC and Prashant Kishor I-PAC poll strategies used the election of the State Assembly as a laboratory to collect data without a clear indication of how data was stored or used.
“Prashant Kishor said in this interview that TMC was in Goa to collect a lot of data.
Who would use large data I-PAC collected from Lakh Goans through three schemes that did not exist?” Said GFP General Secretary Durgadas Kamat.
In an interview with a television channel, Kishor said that TMC was collecting “wealth of data” from Tripura, Meghalaya and Goa to see what was needed if TMC wants to expand its trace nationally ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha election.
GFP President Vijai Sardesai also questioned whether I-PAC was a campaign agent or spy agent.
