‘TMC wants to confuse voters with the Alliance of Talks’

Margao: Former Mla Francisco ‘Mikky’ Pacheco said that the talks reported about the TMC-Congress Alliance initiated by a party based in Kolkata was intended for voters “confusing”, especially those from the Benaulim, because former Mla Churchill Alemoo tended to be TMC candidates.
“This is to create doubts in the minds of voters,” Pacheco said.
He said that even though there were many candidates for Congress tickets, only he had the capacity to win from the Benaulim “on my personal vote power.” “I have many choices if Congress denies me a ticket.
I have 25 years of experience in politics, after fighting for the assembly poll five times, and winning four times.
I have a clean picture with no dot corruption,” he said.
Congress’ Benaulim Block President Menino Fernandes supports Pacheco’s claim and states that he will only work for “candidates won.” Further slam TMC, he said, “TMC entered the cave claiming that the goal was to defeat BJP.
However, he tried to build his base in Goa by taking MLA and Congress workers.
And now it has the courage to request an alliance with the Congress.”
