Kolkata: The Ruling Trinamool Congress on Tuesday purified its competitors by recording margins, to home romp to a 4-0 clean sweep in the election held on October 30.
TMC respectively in Dinhata and Santipur respectively in the BJP District and Nadia from BJP Big Margin, to increase the calculation to 215 in 294 members of the West Bengal Assembly.
BJP, whose predecessor Jan Sangg was founded by Hindu leader Mahasabha Bengal SYAGA Prasad Mookerjee, saw its calculation down to 75 of 77 before.
The powerful TMC also maintained the Khardah and Gosaba assembly chair in the 24th pargene cities of North Parganas and 24 each by an impressive margin.
TMC, total, pocketed 75.02 percent of the sound, while BJP received around 14.48 percent of the vote, in four assembly segments.
In Dinhata, which has returned the BJP Minister of State for Nisith Pramanik’s house in the election held earlier this year with a slim margin, the victory margin for TMC across an important milestone of 1.64 lakh sounds.
Dinhata, this time, witnessed a unilateral fight where TMC Udayan Gunha won over its closest rival, BJP’s Ashok Mandal, with a large margin of 1,64,089 votes.
TMC’s victory in Dinhata in North Bengal was significantly considering controversial demand to create a union area consisting of all districts in the region, by the BJP Union Minister for Minority Affairs John Barla.
Barla triggered a political debate in the country when he called for Bifurcasi Bengal, drawing sharp retorts from TMC and other parties.
The birds of the North Benggal Constituency Selection are required by Paramanik’s decision to continue as Lok Sabha MP for the Coochbehar district where Dinhata, a beautiful constituency, Nestles.
The Trinamool Subrata Congress Candidate Mondal Tuesday also won the Gosaba Bypoll assembly with a large margin of 1,43,051 votes.
The Subrata Mondal TMC secured 1,61,474 votes, while the BJP Palash Rana, its closest rival, collected only 18.423 votes.
Bypoll for the Gosaba assembly segment in the Delta Sunderbans area was required by the death of TMC MLA who sat a few months ago.
In the Constituency of the Santipur Assembly, famous for its handloom industry which has turned into BJP Bitpel in the assembly election held earlier this year, GOSWAMI BRAISHER KISHORE TMC gave birth to its closest rival – BJP Niranjan Biswas – with a record 64,675 votes.
Santipur by-election is also required by the resignation of the Jagganh Sarkar BJP who has won the chair in the election held earlier this year because he also wants to defend parliamentarians.
In the assembly segment of Khardah, State Minister Sovandeb, Chatttopadhyay defeated his closest rival – Joy Saha – with a margin of 93,832 votes.
Chattopadhyay secured 1,14,086 votes, while Sahha succeeded with a bag of 20,254 votes.
Bypoll to Khardah is also required after the death of A sitting TMC MLA.
A few hours before the EC announced the end result, the Head of the West Bengal and TMC TMC Supremo Mamata Banerjee congratulated his party candidate for “victory”.
“Congratulations on my sickness for all victory candidates! This victory is the victory of the community, because it shows how Bengal will always choose the development and unity of propaganda and politics hate.
With thanks to people, we promise to continue to take Bengal to heights.” he said in Twitter posts.
Taking Excavation on BJP’s defeat in the poll, TMC National Secretary General Abhishek Banerjee Tweeted, “A free cracker Diwali in the true sense.
Hopefully the people at @ BJP4India are very happy in Diwali!” West Bengal Bengal President Sukanta Majumdar blamed the defeat of the “TMC terror government”.
“More than one lakh margin at Bypolls is unimaginable.
We can really understand the type of terror released by the powerful party to stop people from choosing freely and fairly,” he said.
TMC Secretary General, Partha Chatterjee denied the allegations, in connection with them unfounded.
“This is the beginning of the end for BJP.
The more things will talk to the communal lane, the more it will be rejected by West Bengal people,” he said.
BJP has won 77 of the 292 seats of the West Bengal Assembly who went to the election earlier this year in April-May.
The Trinamool Congress then won 213 seats, while ISF and GJM bagged each other.
Following the resignation of Pramanik and Sarkar, the official calculation of the Safron Camp in the Assembly fell to 75.
TMC calculations also fell to 211 after two MLA from Gosaba and Khardah died.
With a victory at Samserganj and Jangipur last month, the count of the ruling party rose to 213 seats.
With the powerful party taking Dinhata and Santipur from the Saffron camp, the calculation has now risen to 215 seats.
