TN: 6 search teams for Exconding Ex-Min Bhalaji

VIUDHUNAGAR / MADURAI: The District Police of Virudhunagar has formed six special teams for the NAB of former Minister of Milk Development and Dairy KT Rajenthra Bhalaji (AIADMK) who were on their way after Madras High Court on Friday refused to give him an anticipatory guarantee in cases related to rackets The work registered last month.
The first case was contrary to Bhalajia and his two mercy to raise money from 23 people by promising to get government work in Aavin and in the government department.
The second case was based on complaints from K Nallathambi, one of the accused together in the first case, which claimed that Bhalajia had used it as a tool to raise money from people who promised work in Aavin.
Police said that former ministers had been booked below in section 406 (punishment for criminal violations of trust), 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing property delivery), 120B (criminal conspiracy) and 506 (i) (punishment for criminal intimidation) Kuhp.
Bhalaji has led party protests in the Virudhunagar district against the DMK government on Friday, shortly before he was rejected by anticipatory assurance.
While three special teams were formed on Friday, it doubled on Saturday.
AIADMK cadres sipped the minister’s house to condemn the action by the police.
Meanwhile, in special sitting on Saturday, Madras High Court held the Virudhunagar police from summoning relatives of Bhalajia who were not looking for the breakdown in the case of fraud registered by the Crime Branch of Virudhunagar Regency (DCB).
Justice G R Swaminathan passed the temporary order while hearing the petition submitted by Bhalaji K Lakshmi’s sister, who was looking for directions for the police not to harass their family members.
The judge also directed the police to submit a counter and delay this case until Monday.
Senior advisor for the applicant handed over that two cases were registered against Bhalaji by DCB.
Because the anticipatory guarantee request was dismissed by the main seat in Chennai on Friday, the steps were taken to apply for special leave before the Supreme Court.
He handed himself that Lakshmi’s son Vasanthakumar was taken to the Thiruthangal police station at around 9:30 a.m.
on Friday.
The police made Vasanthakumar call his brother Ramana and the Rajkumar driver to the station.
The trio was detained there even though they were not involved in any violation.
He was then conveyed that police officials allegedly threatened them to ask ex-ministers to give up, failed they would register with them.
They were suspected of being interrogated by the Virudhunagar District Supervisor before being held in Virudhunagar DCB from around 3:20 a.m.
on Saturday.
Additional public prosecutors submitted that the call was issued for the three people, however, they did not appear.
Because of this, they were taken to DCB.
After getting a statement, all three were issued at around 14:35 on Saturday.
