Chennai: In a setback to the Tamil Nadu government, in his efforts to open a new university of the temple of the temple of the temples provided with the Ministry of Religion and the Hindu Amal (HR and CE), Madras High Court on Monday controlling the country.

Without such a proposal, the state cannot use funds.
The court, however, allowed the country to establish four universities in Chennai, Namakkal, Dindigul, and Tuticorin as a work to open a complete college and the entry of students was in process.
Apart from four universities, other proposed colleges will not be arranged and there are no steps in that matter to be taken without Express, leave in this court, said Bench.
“It is also noted that in four colleges which are now ready to open, b.b.b., b.com.
And other similar courses have been offered, without regular courses in religious instructions in Hinduism,” the judges said.
They added that it would be a condition of precedent to four universities that opened that the flow of religious instruction in Hinduism was introduced.
If such a course is not introduced in one month from college starting, the more universities cannot continue.
“It must be appreciated that godly intentions may be to use surplus funds felt for educational purposes, these funds are not suitable for certain purposes and, usually, the cause should not be forgotten and equal to it part of the funds, even though the greater educational scope can also be overcome, “Court said.
The court also explained that the functions of the four universities excluded would be subject to the results of the application.
The court passed the temporary order in T Ramesh pills.
According to the applicant, only because the policy statement was made on the agency floor by a minister in the current government, the government had advanced with a proposal to divert funds from temples under the control of HR and CE.
