Chennai: Corruption has penetrated the blood of government officials, Madras High Court said while upholding the dismissal of a woman who had submitted a false document to get the appointment on a loving land.
The justice division bench S Vaidyanathan and Justice A Nakkiran made temporary observations allow the appeal transferred by the Tamil Nadu government.
The problem is related to the defense transferred by M Tamilselvi challenging its termination of services on the grounds of the suppression of the facts while gaining an appointment in loving land.
Challenging orders, he moved a high court.
Some allowed requests, a single judge of the court modified the dismissal order to pension mandatory on November 6, 2020.
Harmed, the country prefers the current appeal.
Allowing the appeal, the bench said: “The single judge clearly holds that even though the Writ Applicant has made a mistake, department officials must have played several parts of encouraging him to make mistakes and therefore, judges should not convert the removal of the service to a mandatory retirement.
“After completing more than 10 years of service, the government may have to extend retirees to people who provided he joined the service before the introduction of new giving funds, and for the wrong actor, there was no need for the government to extend the taxpayer’s money with retirees, the judges said .
