Chennai: The Department of Higher Education of the State of Tamil Nadu is to conduct a detailed survey throughout the country to assess the number of students who came out of college after reopening on September 1 after swimming in Covid cases.

15 to 20 percent of students did not attend classes in Chennai, Kancheepuram and Chengalpattu colleges where we did our research.
“The situation in country rural areas will worry and the Department of Higher Education must conduct research and get the right scientific report on the same thing.”
Sources in the Department of Higher Education told Ian that an established market study agent would be carried out to conduct a survey to be carried out in all districts simultaneously.
The survey date will be completed within a few days, the Ministry of Higher Education officials said.
