TN: HC Fine Selection Board, Si-Aspiran Gets Rs 10L

Chennai: In the first type, the Tamil Nadu uniform service recruitment board (TNUSRB) was found guilty of criminal insults to the court and was charged 2,000 as a penalty, which was maximized under the law of humiliation, by the Madras High Court.
Even though an individual is found guilty of criminal insults can be punished for up to six months, the division bench of Justice P N Prakash and Justice R Hemalata only imposes maximum punishment because the council is a juriskan entity.
The bench also directed the country to pay 10 lakh as compensation to G Vijayakumar framed by the council to hide his mistakes and made suffered in prison for 22 days.
N Senthamaraikannan, who is an IPS officer ranks IG and is the Secretary of the TNUSRB member, however, was excluded from the case because he was not directly involved.
This case is related to the recruitment carried out by the Board for the sub-inspector post (Finger Print) in 2018.
It utilizes four-person services – G Vijayakumar, Arpudhenan Dominic, Senthil Kumar and Manikandan – for bank preparation questions.
When the board publishes the introductory key for the exam accept objections from the candidate in connection with the key to a particular question.

Therefore, he moved to court to reopen his petition.
In response, the Board takes a vijayakumar and murthy stance cheats the council for monetary benefits, proposes a criminal case against them and captures Vijayakumar.
Meanwhile, Vijayakumar submitted Affidavit who claimed that he was not in Chennai during alleged violations when he gave a lecture at a college in Ooty.
Murthy claimed that he was just a retired mathematics teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya in the IIT-M place, not a professor.
The single judge initiated the insulting process against IPS officers N K Sentharai Kannan, who was the secretary of member members, and the council.
This kasing was then transferred to Bench Division.
During hearing, it was revealed that the Board had framed Vijayakumar and Murthy by getting signatures on ordinary papers to escape from the insulting process in court.
