TN: Hubby of Woman held to kill 4-years also arrested

Kanyakumari: Following the arrest of a 27-year-old woman from Kadiyapattinam near Colachel in Kanyakumari District in Tamil Nadu on Saturday for kidnapping his four-year-old neighbor’s son, killing him and hiding his body in their home closet, the police have also arrested her husband for helping him hide his body in their home.
The autopsy was carried out on the body of the boy on Sunday has revealed that Johan’s victims were watered and suffocated to death before his body was filled in the closet.
The Deputy Supervisor of the Police (DSP) of the Colachel Sub-Part Division P Thanga Raman told Ti that the investigation with Fathima was accused of (27) who killed the boy revealing that her husband was also a hand for the final part of the crime.
Her husband Sarobin (31), a fisherman, had gone to the sea when his wife killed the little boy.
He did not realize Fathima’s serious crime until he returned home.
But even after he learned about the murder, he helped him hide the body without telling the police or villagers.
Sarobin and Fathima have two Childre – a four-year-old daughter and a seven-year-old son.
Fathima alone at home when he took Johan when he played in front of his house when the kids went to play.
The couple’s daughter had seen her mother bring the boy to their homes but did not realize the crime crime happened.
Fathima was ordered under Section 302 (punishment for murder) and 201 (causing loss of violations, or providing false information to filter offenders) from IPC.
He was also ordered under another part for kidnapping, wrong restraint and jewelry theft.
Sarobin was ordered under Section 201.
Although the villagers searched their homes for the murder of fellow villagers, they were compassionate for children helpless and innocent of couples accused.
After arresting a partner, the villagers together with the police recognized their two children to the orphanage for temporary care.
The police said that the couple would be sent on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the autopsy on the boy was carried out at the Medical College Kanyakumari hospital on Sunday afternoon.
The police said that the body would be handed over to the family for the final rites at night on Johan Richard’s father’s arrival (35), who worked as a fisherman in the Middle East.
