In addition to measuring temperature, they must record the details of the symptoms and history of family members who test positive in the past week.
Staff who have symptoms must be quarantined and referred to the nearest health facility for further tests and management.
Staff, who reported every family member who tested positive in the past seven days, also had to be quarantined and referred to health care facilities, he said.
The set of 12 new guidelines was issued by the Director of Public Health Dr.

It is required because the country is in the process of easing restrictions and locking, and may cause a surge in Covid cases again, DPH said, directing all district health authorities to enforce guidelines in all workplaces carefully.

The guidelines include these problems as staff transportation, quarters and dormitories, canteens or creation of consciousness, health team, and consciousness, in addition to sanitation, social distance and vaccination.

In February, Tamil Nadu has less than 500 cases every day.
But the new group and Delta variant quickly pushed the epidemic curve, surpassing the health care system and doctors and nurses.
On May 21, new cases peaked up to 36,184.
However, since then the case has decreased consistently.
On Saturday, the country reported 1,819 new cases that left 24,025 people in care for viral infections.
This case touched 25.4 lakh and the cumulative death toll was 33,889.
