Chennai: A retired 61-year school teacher K Sivaprakasam from Dharmapuri cleanses NEET-2021, applied to the MBBS seat under the government quota and called for counseling.
But his request was rejected on Friday because he did not finish his school under the 10 + system 2.

P Vasanthamani said he had cleared a pre-university course (PUC), a cynical stem which was later abolished.
With 249 signs in NEET, he stood 349 on the list of government quota.
“We include the name in the ranking list but seeks opinions from higher officials and lawyers.
Government quota is for students who have been cleaned 10 + 2.” said an officer.
