Chennai: Chairman of the Minister M K Stalin on Saturday launched e-vaadagai, a mobile application to help farmers register for Agri machines and implement it to rent, in addition to the distribution of machinery and tools with subsidies from the center.
The main minister launched many programs from the Ministry of Agriculture, including payment of transition incentives and special incentives of 150.9 crores to 91,120 farmers who supply sugar cane to the sugar factory.
Farmers will get incentives 192.5 per ton because of the price of sugar cane, in addition to fair and remunerative prices of 2,707.5 / tons announced by the center.
“The minister’s chairman handed over orders to five sugar cane farmers as tokens at the secretariat,” said an official release.
