TN students, parents are optimistic about Helpline for Neet candidates

Chennai: Students, who have taken a neet examination, and their parents are optimistic at the latest Tamil Nadu government initiative to open Helpline to relieve stress for those who have taken Neet.

Some of my classmates have also received a call and are indeed happy at the government’s initiative.

Minister of Health MA Subramanian has launched a stress management counseling service for TN students who appear for Neet.
The service was launched at the Helpline 104 center on the DMS campus, Chennai after three students committed suicide allegedly because of fear of failure at NEET.
MA Subramanian told IANS, “The Ministry of Health has collected details of all 1.2 lakh students who have taken Neet and the counselor will directly talk to them.
