V K Sanjeevi, Head of General Manager of BSNL Phone Chennai, said the request for WFH and online classes increased demand for internet connection at home.
“The need for internet internet has soared because more people prefer Wi-Fi where they work from home and online classes.
They feel more comfortable than using data through cellphones,” he said.
