To attract IT companies, Yeida looks for data center data centers

Greater Noida: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) will soon float the scheme to attract the company looking for space to open data centers, TOI has learned.
Due to increasing land demand in Noida and Greater Noida to prepare a data center, Yeida was also interested in pocketing its part and had begun to do homework.
According to investment cell officials authority, around 200 hectares will be developed and intended for the player in the first phase.
Some established players from India and other parts of the world have acquired land from noida authorities and great Noida authorities to establish data centers in the region, including the adani group and the Hiranandani real estate group.
Officials said the Yeida Planning Division was scouting for suitable land in sector 28 which could be released from all confiscated and wearing a block immediately.
The five-hectare plot will be offered.
The authority also evaluated policies framed by the Uttar Pradesh Government earlier this year.
More land will be included in the scheme after evaluating the response from the industry, officials said.
Meanwhile, presentation of film-making projects before senior government officials has been pushed further.
Initially the presentation date was scheduled for 5.
August but because of the visit of the minister’s head to the eastern part of the state, the date is scheduled to be 9 August.
Officials said the next date will soon be confirmed and posting that works to prepare the project bid document will begin.
