Lucknow: The Government of Uttar Pradesh has directed all district judges to begin the process of attracting cases registered for violations of guidelines for pandemic during locking.
Orders have been released in the direction of CM Yogi.
In accordance with the Department of House officials, 3 lakh cases will be withdrawn.
Previously, the Government Government had ordered all major secretaries of the country to evaluate such cases, and withdrew them to ordinary people in a larger public interest.
However, there was no release of withdrawal of cases given to members of Parliament, MLA, former member of parliament, and former MLA in such cases.
A house department official also said that only cases were withdrawn, where a penalty could reach two years or fine.
These cases are registered under the disaster management law, laws and incidentally epidemics to be ordered in a way announced by public employees to break the Covid-19 protocol.
Own home officials said that Uttar Pradesh was the first country in the country to take back cases related to violations of the Covid-19 protocol.
On October 8, the High Court of Allahabad, which acted on pills, also directed the state government to frame the time schedule to complete the exercises for the withdrawal of violations of the Covid-19 protocol in accordance with the law.
