To register every year, Hompon GZB can provide a written statement

Ghaziabad: The Ministry of Health and Medical Association of India (IMA) has reached an agreement on the issue of debate requirements for required certificates without objections (NOCS) from the Department of Fire and pollution for the annual registration of the hospital.
Because some facilities have marked delays in the registration process because they cannot obtain NOC on time, the Ministry of Health has agreed to provide a certificate on the basis of written statements submitted by hospital owners.
“In a written statement, the hospital owner will state that they will comply with pollution and fire norms and get the next distance.
They will also mention the shortcomings and time period to solve it.
They will state that if there is an unward incident that occurs during that period, it will be It is their responsibility, “said Dr.
Sunil Tyagi, said additional medical officers, said.
Dr.
Ashish Agarwal, President Ima, said the doctor had faced many problems.
“The mandatory NOC for registration and renewal of the hospital rarely comes.
This year’s time limit to complete the process is July 31, but most hospitals have not received their registration,” he said.
“We have raised this problem for the past few years, but there is no solution provided.
During the recent meeting with the Ministry of Health and Administration, it was decided that they would no longer be an obstacle to getting registration.
The hospital will be given time to resolve deficiencies , And in the meantime, their written statement will be sufficient, “Dr.
Agarwal.
Nearly three years ago, the online process for new registration and the annual renewal was launched and the API and Nocs pollution had become a mandatory feature.
This has led to a suggestion between private doctors and the Ministry of Health.
IMA has demanded that instead of the annual process, the update certificate must have a five-year validity.
“It will also make it easier for doctors and the government.
Complex rules must also be removed because small hospitals and nursing homes will not be able to meet them,” Dr.
Agarwal added.
