Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh will soon get a committee to review cases submitted under national security laws and prevention (prevention) that violates the law.
The Secretary of the Additional Chief (Houses) Awanish Awasthi confirmed to the Toi that the Chair of the Yogi Adityanath Minister had given the principle approval to establish this committee and now the Department will develop its modalities.
The committee is being established as required by the UPA itself, which mandates that the committees are present in countries and centers to review each case submitted under this law.
