Deloitte, consultant, presented his vision plan for a cluster and recommended the use of only 162 hectares of a total of 11,000 hectares in the first phase to measure responses on the market.

Deloitte also suggests making dry ports and container landing stations to serve companies that will settle in the region.
CEO Yeida Arun VIR Singh said that the double stack railway must be placed to make financial operations feasible for the operator.
“We are considering developing the Chola train station in Bulandshahr as the nearest train.
It also falls on a special transportation corridor map and will be beneficial for entrepreneurs who take land in belts.” Simultaneously, consultants have suggested to start developing activities more than 500 hectares other than 162 hectares.
Area 500 hectares will be offered in the second phase of the project.
