Ghaziabad: The Ghaziabad district government has develop a book initiative to offer impetus to growth work in rural regions — by roping from the recently elected gram pradhan in addition to the very first runner-up from the recently concluded panchayat surveys in every single village.
“It is well known which panchayat elections are often bitterly fought elections, that lead to a great deal of lousy blood between rival applicants, and that in the longer term impacts the growth function at the city,” stated DM Ajay Shankar Pandeysaid “It is really a practical issue and the issue has to be addressed accordingly we have develop a’village solidarity strategy’ where a stage was established where the recently chosen pradhans will match with the very first four-poster,” he further added.
The genesis of this village solidarity strategy can be traced right back to May 28, when Pandey maintained a digital assembly of recently chosen gram pradhans and also of people who dropped the surveys.
This was followed with a one-to-one assembly with g pradhans and also the people who came next.
“The concept was to knock rough edges and bury the hatchet between both facing district government officials, that had been forced to sign a touch of goodwill” said Pandey.
“A brand new nomenclature was assigned and invisibly winner g pradhan was given the title of’kushal pradhan'(capable village head) along with also the very first runner-up’vikas salahkar'(development adviser ).
