PUDUCHERRY: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 25th National Youth Festival in Puducherry through video conferencing on January 12, Swami Vivekananda’s birthday, who was observed as National Youth Day.
Speaking on that occasion, Modi said the birthday of Swami Vivekananda’s birth this year Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav was increasingly inspiring.
He said this year was important because the country celebrated the 150-year anniversary of Sri Aurobindo and the 100th anniversary of Mahakavi’s death Bharathi.
“These two wise people have special relationships with Puduchers.
Both have become partners in their respective literary and spiritual trips,” he said.
Commenting on the profile of young ancient countries, Modi said today, the world saw India with hope and faith.
“Because, Indian demographics are young, and India’s mind is also young.
There are young people in Indian potential, and in his dream.
Young India in his mind and in his consciousness.
India’s thoughts and philosophies always accept changes and there are modernity in ancient times,” he said.
The Prime Minister said Indian youth had democratic values along with demographic dividends.
Their democratic dividend is also incomparable.
India considers the demographic dividend and the development driver, he said.
Modi emphasizes that if Indian youth has a technology charm, there are also awareness of democracy.
“Today, if Indian youth has hard work skills, then there is also clarity about the future.
That is why India said today, the world considers it as a voice tomorrow,” he said.
Modi said the younger generation at the time of independence did not hesitate for a moment to sacrifice everything for the country.
But today’s youth must live for the country and fulfill the dream of freedom fighters.
He added that the ability of the young man was not burdened by old stereotypes.
The young man knew how to shake it.
“This young man can evolve and society according to new challenges, new demands and can create a new one.
The youth today has a spirit of ‘can do’ which is a source of inspiration for each generation,” he said.
Prime Minister said Indian youth wrote a global prosperity code.
“Indian youth is a power that must be taken into account in the unicorn ecosystem throughout the world.
India currently has a strong ecosystem of more than 50,000 startups.
From which, more than 10,000 startups appear in the midst of a pandemic challenge,” he said.
He gave a new Indian mantra – compete and conquer.
That is, it is involved and wins.

He quotes the performance at the Olympics and Paralympics and the participation of young people in drive vaccination as proof of will to win and a sense of responsibility among young people.
He noted that the government believed that the sons and daughters were the same.
With this in mind, the government has decided to raise the age of marriage to 21 years for the progress of the daughter.
Girls can also make their careers, they get more time, this is a very important step in this direction, he said.
Modi said many fighter freedom did not get recognition they deserved.
The more teenagers we write, research on these officials, the more awareness will increase in the generation of future countries, he added.
He also asked youth for vocals and contributed to the drive for cleanliness.
This festival aims to form the mind of Indian youth and turn them into united strength for the development of the nation.
This is one of the biggest exercises in social cohesion and intellectual and cultural integration.
It aims to bring a variety of Indian cultures and integrate it to Utas United ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’.
Modi also launched the essay chosen on ‘mere sapno ka bharat’ and ‘unsung hero of the Indian freedom movement’.
These essays have been selected from submission by more than one young lakh on two themes.
Modi also inaugurated a technology center from the Ministry of Micro Union, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), established in Puducherry at a cost of Rs 122 Crore.
Modi inaugurated Kamarajar Computers Kamarajar Manimandapam – Auditorium with an open theater, built by the Puducherry government at a cost of Rs 23 Crore.
Minister of Union Anurag Singh Thakur, Narayan Rane, Bhanu Pratap Singh Verma and Nisith Pramanik, Governor of Lieutenant Puducherry Tamilisai Soundararajan, Minister of N Rangasamy, colleagues and members of his cabinet parliament were among those present.
