Vijayawada: The monitoring commission of the school monitoring of Andhra Pradesh (Aptsermc) Chairman of Justice R Killa Rao on Thursday said that the structure of the school and college fees must be notified at the state level.
“Collection of costs in schools and colleges has been a threat in Andhra Pradesh.
The cost structure must be notified at the state level.
The obligation occurred in other countries but had not been done at Andhra Pradesh for almost two decades.
So college and private schools collect exorbitant costs, “said Justice R Kanta Rao to Ani

“When the state government has initiated the notification process, it was challenged in court.
In the last academic year, we have ordered to reduce school fees by 30 percent after a pandemic,” said Justice Rao.

“The Supreme Court has suspended government orders (go) for technical reasons but gives instructions that students may not be prevented to attend online or physical classes, the results should not be stopped, etc.
The verdict is in support of students,” he added.
Rao further said that the state government has issued a circular to support the score instructions that improve the cost structure.
But some challenging colleges circle in the High Court.
Given all aspects, we fix costs for schools and junior colleges at a reasonable level.
Thus, government orders are issued, if we need to make amendments to leave.
Universities that have collected excessive costs are asked to adjust the amount and return an excessive amount for parents.
“We begged parents to request college management to collect suggested costs, or complain to our commission.
We will ask and take action,” Rao said.
“Schools and college maximum expressed satisfaction with the cost structure that we recommend, only 10 to 20 percent of management wants a cost increase.
This limitation at the cost is valid for CBSE schools too,” said Chairman Apsermc.
Rao further added that “However, we are ready to change the cost structure if the school or college management proves that their expenses are beyond the limits we are receptive.
If management can prove their needs at a satisfying cost to a satisfying level, we are ready To enable a higher cost structure.
They must create an application within 15 days from the date of travel.
We will verify and give permission.

The Andhra Pradesh government has issued two Gos to improve costs for private schools and junior colleges.
Thus, the annual fee to enter junior colleges ranges from Rs 12,000 to RS 20,000.
And the cost for schools ranges from Rs 10,000 to RS 18,000.
All costs except hostels and transportation are included in this cost limit.
There is a hat at the hostel fee and transportation costs as well.
The government has a fixed cost for training classes for NEET, IIT, etc.
examinations, based on the recommendation of the commission.
