Tokyo: The coach of the Indian shooting team Defpande and Ronak Pandit sounded optimistic at night a big test shooter at the Tokyo Olympics here.

In general, a score of 630 from the maximum 654 ensured the qualification to the final at this level.
The Indian duo has recorded the best of 633 (APURVI) and 632.7 (eLavenil) each in the competition.
APURVI also held the final world record in the event with a score of 252.9.
This field is without the Rio 2016 game medalist, and therefore, will have a new Olympic champion.
In the 10m men’s air gun, Saurabh and Abhishek have become the two most dominant shooters in the world for the past three years, but smaller 36-man fields consist of some of the largest names in this discipline, led by the largest of them.
