Tokyo 2020: Meet Competitors – Anjum Moudgil and Divyansh Panwar

But the first major international success was in the 50m Rifle 3 positions, where he won the previous World Cup silver in 2018.
He then won the silver in the 2018 Commonwealth Games at the 50m Rifle 3 Positions.

3 At the 10m Air Rifle Rifle event, Anjum is out of individual place and will compete on a mixed team in Tokyo, partnering with Deepak Kumar.
He will also compete individually at the 50m rifle positions event in Tokyo.
Anjum has a good record in the mixed team program, winning the World Cup gold in 2019 and is a good prospect of medals for India in it.

From winning two gold medals at the 2018 Junior World Cup in Germany to book tickets to Tokyo’s match less than a year later in 2019, Divyansh was far away in his shooting career.
2019 was his first year at the senior level and now he is ranked 2nd in the world in 10m rifles.
He actually previously world number 1.
Divyansh won four gold, silver and bronze in 2019 and secured the Tokyo quota for India with silver in the Beijing World Cup.
He ended the year with individual gold in the World Cup final in Putian, China.
He also won three gold medals in the mixed team in 2019.
When the competition immediately returned this year, after a covid-induced break, Divyansh proved the credentials with gold mixed gold at the Delhi World Cup 2021, with female air No.
1 10m of Valarivan’s elavenil rifle shooter as his partner, made the team’s duo beat in Tokyo.
Divyansh will compete in two events in Tokyo – individual and mixed teams (with elavenyl).
The 22-year-old child is considered a very strong prospect of medal on the mixed team.
He has won five medals in the last six World Cups covering four gold.
