Tokyo Olympics: 2 students to represent India

Moodbidri: Two students from the Alva Education Foundation have been chosen for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics which will begin in Japan on July 23.

And Shubha V, which is adopted by the Alva sports quota, will represent India in a 4×400 mixed relay competition in the game.
Both of them have brought Laurels to Alva colleges since 2016-17 in various sports.
They have also emerged in the sport between universities meet representing Karnataka and Mangalore University, which is an alva college affiliated with it.
They have represented India in some international sports meet.
Dr.
M Mohan Alva, the Chair of the Foundation has provided a cash prize of RS 1 Lakh for them.
