Tokyo: Indian table tennis player G Sathiyan suffered an annoyed defeat in the hands of SIU Hang Lam ranked low to do early out of the men’s singles competition in the Tokyo match, here on Sunday.
Rank 38 and 26th-seeded Sathiyan had a 3-1 lead who ruled but lost four consecutive matches to lose 3-4 to Hong Kong players ranked 95th.
