One of the complainants has accused that her husband died of negligence in the part of the hospital staff who took off the oxygen mask at night and did not respond to the complaints he had lifted.
The Committee found that hospitals did not make efforts to identify staff on duty during the night or took action against them.
The Committee has instructed Kailash Hospital in Sector 71 to identify staff and take action against them within a week.
