New Delhi: Noting that various directions including the prohibition of sales and manufacturing of pollution firecrackers is not implemented, the Supreme Court on Tuesday said that responsibility must be repaired to lead towards and suggest that the police commissioner must be responsible for any violation.
Judge M and Shah said that various directions to curb pollution because firecrackers could be enforced in true spirits only when someone was made responsible and responsible.
