AHMEDABAD: A few leading realty programmers in town have been losing valuable sleep within the last couple of days.
A property dealer in Satellite has gone lost, supposedly robbing them of the serenity combined with over Rs 50 crore which belonged to their own shareholders.
Ashesh Agrawal, 39, has allegedly been untraceable since May17.
Although no official complaint was filed with the Satellite authorities, the authorities were making inquiries that were feverish about Agrawal’s whereabouts to a plea went by Agrawal’s spouse Deepika about May18.
Resources revealed that one of the property traders, the worst impacted would be a leading realty firm with its own division around Sindhu Bhavan Road.
The agent had allegedly met the realty band’s promoter two weeks before he went missing.
It’s alleged that Agrawal had tricked investors by compelling them to place their capital in non invasive building schemes.
He’s also blessed to have negotiated deals with programmers to bring investors, then embezzled a sizable quantity.
Agrawal’s alleged fraud came to light if investors and buyers approached the contractors, requesting for their cash.
Police sources stated,”On May 17, Agrawal left home about , asserting he had been planning to workplace.
He moved incommunicado then.
” Agrawal’s automobile and two cellphones have been located at Rudrax Sophisticated in Bodakdev.
A Satellite police officer stated that his loved ones had tracked the position of the cellphones and discovered the vehicle on May19.
Police sent a group to Haryana in which Agrawal’s in-laws lived.
But, cops didn’t find him .
Two police groups have been sent to Delhi and Mumbai where he had any connections.
