‘Total panic’ as Blastes turn off the airport kabul

KABUL: The deadly explosion at Kabul airport on Thursday caused “total panic” among Afghans who had packed it outside in hopes of escaping to a safe place, far from the new Taliban rulers in the country.
People who were injured in clothes soaked with blood were transported far from the cart scene, while a boy gripped a man’s arm with head injury, in a picture posted on social media.
“The body, meat and people are thrown into a canal nearby,” Milad, who was in the first explosion, told AFP.
“When people heard the explosion there was a total panic.
The Taliban then began shooting in the air to dissolve the crowd at the gate,” said the second witness.
“I saw a man rushing with a baby who was injured in his hand.” In confusion, he said he dropped the documents he expected would help him take a flight with his wife and three children.
“I will never want to go (to the airport) again.
Death to America, evacuation and visa.” The Western Intelligence Agency has warned Thursday from the attack that will soon occur, with US President Joe Biden quoting a terrorist threat from the regional chapter of the Islamic Jihadist Group.
There are only five days until the time limit set by the United States to end airlifts.
The two devices were blown up when the sun began to set up, killing at least six people and injuring many more, according to the emergency hospital in Kabul.
Thick smoke billowed into the sky when men, women and children hurried away from the scene.
Pentagon said one explosion was at the Kabul Airport monastery gate, and at least one explosion about the nearest Baron Hotel.
Shortly after, a photographer AFP saw several bodies arrived at Kabul Hospital, and more than a dozen injured.
Women with faces and blood stained clothes crying when injured were taken to the clinic on a stretcher.
Another witness, Akram Lubega was 26 years old, who worked for a catering company, said he heard the explosion and did not know what had happened.
“Of course we are all scared,” Uganda National said.
“Everyone is tense and the army takes a position around the airport.”
