Mangaluru: Tourists from Bengaluru, who have arrived at Dharmasthala, sank on the Nethravati River, here on Saturday.
According to the police, the deceased was K Raju, 31, a health assistant who worked on a contract at BBMP, which came from Sanjay Nagar.
He had arrived together with a group of friends, and might slipped and fell into the river.
The case has been registered at the Dharmasthala police station and an active investigation.
