Towards a commemoration of 2011, the Mastermind Yasin Bhatkal is charged

Mumbai: On the anniversary of the 10-year triple explosion that claimed 27 lives, the McOCA court was specially on Monday framed against the alleged mastermind Yasin Bhatkal which is currently nesting in Tihar Jail.
He was produced for trial through video conferencing.
Because of their alleged involvement in another case, some of the 11 defendants had been submitted in separate prisons throughout the country.
The trial in the case began only after the cost was framed against the defendant.
During Monday’s hearing, Bhatkal insisted on producing to frame the accusation directly.
The court noted that he did not mention the reason for such a request.
However, Bhatkal, his physical doubt is a must and other accusations also nesting in Tihar Jail produced in front of the court during the breakdown of his accusation.
Then it was taken to court notice that the orders below the part 268 CRPC had been ratified because the Bhatkal could not be transferred from prison for security reasons.
The court, in its order, also noted that the opportunity had been given to him for a fair trial.
“Otherwise, because of previous consecutive rejection to hear costs, I will continue further,” said the court.
Finally, Bhatkal relented.
The court read allegations and then trapped them against it.
Bhatkal claimed innocent.
Costs are also framed against other defendants, Ajaz Saeed Shaikh.
The accusation attracted the maximum death penalty.
Both Bhatkal and Ajaz were previously sentenced to death in other cases.
So far, the court has a framed cost of 10 of the 11 defendants.
