Towards the CM event, two were arrested on posters

Greater Noida: Two people were arrested on Tuesday for allegedly tearing up poster on September 22 where Uttar Pradesh Minister of Yogi Adityanath was scheduled to uncover the statue of 15 feet of the 9th century ruler Mihir BHOJ.
According to the police, Vipin Nagar, who was associated with the Samajwadi Chhatra Sabha, the wing of SP students, and was the Vice President of the Akhil Bharatiya District VIR Gurjar Mahasabha, and Mohit Nagar, a member of Gurjar Mahasabha was arrested in the case on Tuesday.
At the Facebook post, Vipin, however, claimed that they had received arrests for “respect from the Gurjar community”.
“For respect from the entire Gurjar community, I have to surrender himself in front of Dadri police,” said the post.
Vipin also shared a photo of him and Mohit from the prison.
Meanwhile, two other people want in this case, Lokesh Bhati and Kartar Singh, are still runaway, police said.
While Bhati is a member of Kisan Ekta Sangh, Singh is associated with BJP, added the police.
The four defendants have been ordered under the IPC 427 section (damage that causes damage), 153 (provocation with the intention to cause riots), 501 (1) B (printing problems or carvings that know it to slander).
Previously, SP leader Shyam Singh Bhati had been booked with respect to this case.
Bhati accused that on Monday night, her house was “raided” by around 100 police officers.
“FIR is beautiful against me under the part of IPC 427, 153 and 501 (1) (b) which has no terms of arrest since their punishment is less than seven years.
However, the police began to examine my house and asked my family members to send I went to the Dadri police station, “he said.
