New Delhi: In a big blow to the SuperTech real estate company, the Supreme Court on Tuesday directing it to destroy two additional towers of 40 floors in one of the housing projects in Noida after holding that construction was carried out by breaking the law and in collusion with noida authorities.
Judge D Y Chandrachud and M R Shah argue that the construction of additional towers consisting of around 1,000 flats violates various regulations and regulations and directs the company to break down within three months at their own expense.
It also directs real estate companies to return money to all home buyers who have ordered flats in Twin Towers.
