New Delhi: Raising a question about Supertech’s decision Real estate company to build two additional towers of 40 floors in one of the housing projects in Noida, the Supreme Court on Tuesday said it “feels wrong” because construction is done in the green area and it will examine all aspects and Option before making a final decision.

The demolition command is passed by HC about RWA’s request that accuses that the twin towers are illegal.
Facing a complicated situation on how to deal with the illegal construction of twin towers because their demolition can damage the adjacent small building is only 8 meters in the project and also neighboring community buildings, the bench might consider the order carrying all the benefits made by the builder on the project.
The tower, consisting of more than 900 flats, was declared illegal by the High Court of Allahabad in 2017.
It directed their demolition and the builder was ordered to restore the number of home buyers who had ordered flats in both towers in the sector in the sector 93a in Noida.
Builder after it approaches the APEX court which lives the demolition of the tower but directs the company to restore the amount to the buyer who wants their money back.
Senior Advocate Jayant Bhushan, appeared for Rwa, told the bench that there was a clear collusion between the Noida Authority and the builder in allowing illegal construction.
He said construction was allowed despite the objections raised by the head of fire extinguisher which said that building an additional tower would reduce the distance between the tower which would violate the norms of fire safety.
He said that the “Monstrous” building was built blocking light, air circulation for residents in adjacent towers and construction was carried out in their common park area for all flat owners.
Bhushan said fake documents were placed before the HC and both authorities and Builders Noida continued to change their stands according to convenience.
Advocate Gaurav Agrawal, who helped the court as Amicus Curiae, said the demolition of the two towers could be a very difficult task and it could also disturb the adjacent building.
He said it would also be difficult for home buyers to get return on their investment from Supertech and begged that all options were explored to get out of a complicated situation.
“Bringing buildings will become a disaster for buildings and environments that are side by side.
Demolition must be carried out with bricks that are impossible,” Agrawal said.
He suggested that the affected flat owner be compensated and they can also be shifted to other housing projects.
But the bench said it would be difficult because the agreement of all 650 flat owners would be needed.
The trial remained unconvincing and will continue on Wednesday when Supertech’s advice will be against the accusation leveled by Rwa.
