New Delhi: The protest of farmers has threatened to intensify their stirring if the Haryana government failed to accept their request for a judicial probe into the death of a farmer, a day after a group of protesters was sued by the police in Karnal.
AIK, part of Samyukta Kisan Morcha, has set a September 6 deadline for the Government of Haryana to respond to requests and get justice for the Sushil Kajol family, said Secretary AIK P Krishnaprasad.
