Trader shot dead to spit ‘paan’ on the young man in Siwan

Patna: Small entrepreneurs from Uttar Pradesh have to pay with their lives to spit after chewing ‘paan’ (betel leaves) in the Siwan district on Sunday.
The deceased, Ehsan Malik (27), is a native population of Shahbazpur Village in the Shamli District of Uttar Pradesh.
He used to sell clothes in the area.
The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m.
when Ehsan cooked his food in his rented house in Purani Quila Pokhar under the Sarai police post in Siwan District on Sunday.
He spat on the road after chewing ‘paan’ from the kitchen window.
By chance, a young man, who passed, made his clothes dirty because a few drops fell on his body.
Angry, he broke into Ehsan’s room and fired it remotely, causing a sad injury.
The 27-year-old rushed to a conscious hospital in Siwan where the doctors claimed to die.
The attacker identified as Miyan’s goal, however, managed to escape after shooting in Ehsan.
The house officer of the Sarai Police Station Station, Mohd Tanveener Alam, said the attacker, who was arrested on Monday, claimed to be a crime.
Two live cartridges and the same number of empty cartridges were recovered from the place, he revealed.
Although the goal (18), a resident of Purani Quila in Siwan, did not have a criminal anteceden, he carried an illegal comartemic pistol with him, which signaled his involvement in a small violation in the district.
The deceased’s body was handed over to his relatives after postmortem.
“Ehsan was used to sell clothes in rural areas and stayed in a rented house in Siwan to deal with local customers,” Sho said, adding that the defendant was produced before a local court, who turned it on a 14-day trial detention.
.
However, the police failed to restore weapons used in crime.
“Raids lights up to recover weapons used to kill entrepreneurs,” said an investigative officer.
