Noida / Large Noida: Following the direction of the Minister of Yogi Adtityanath to implement a strict night limitation, the police in Gautam Budh Nagar had increased the vigil between 10pm and 6 in the morning.
While most street vendors were asked to pack at 9pm, the shop owner was a window leaf at 9:30 a.m.
In some areas, such as the Market Rasoolpur, shops are turned off at 8pm to avoid police action, said the local community.
A video shop in the early closing area has been widely distributed on social media platforms.
A resident said the local police Chowki was responsible for asking them to complete at 8pm.
Shripal, station officer, Jarcha, however, denied the allegations.
“There is no shop that is asked to close at 8pm,” he said.
On Thursday night, the police organized a parade in the 24 sector of the police station, including in sector 12, 22, and 24, Morna, Chaura Raghunathpur and Metro Market.
They appealed to the population to follow all Covid protocols and guidelines at night.
At Atta Market, the 27 sector, most of the shops were turned off at 8:30 a.m., while those in the sector 8 and 9 were closed at 9pm.
“Street vendors are asked to solve it before,” Imran said, a shopkeeper in sector 9.
CB Jha, President, Association Atta Market, said they had issued a circle asking people to close the shop at 9pm so they could go home.
