Jaipur: Traffic on the National Highway Jaipur-Delhi (NH-8) continued after a year when farmers who protested emptied Shahjahanpur Alwar’s border on Friday.
Haryana Polda has removed all barricades when farmers have begun to dismantle tents on the border.
In the midst of the slogan ‘Kisan Ekta Zindabad’, Indian Swaraj leader Yogendra Yadav, who arrived on the site of protest, called the agitation of farmers ‘historic movements’.
“One year the farmer’s movement has been completed.
Haryana South and East Rajasthan have played an important role in this historic struggle.
But the struggle to ensure legal rights for MSP is still on,” Yadav told Mediaprove.
“We must visit every house in the villages to advance this movement and prepare for the next big struggle.
Whatever farmers have achieved in the last 70 years, have received it only by fighting for strength,” he said.
Thanking the farmers and workers for the victory of the historic movement, Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM) member emptied the Shahjahanpur-Kheda border on Friday.
The price is also paid to farmers who sacrifice their lives during the movement.
A ‘Kisan Vijay Yatra’ was launched on Friday from the protest site to create awareness among people about the ‘historical farmer movement’.
Yatra will travel to every Rajasthan district.
SKM members would like to thank the local residents on their patience and support during agitation for a year and apologized for the inconvenience caused by them.
“The victory procession was taken in the city of Jaipur, who passed Nagar Transportation, Raja Taman, Rambagh Circle, Amar Johan Jyoti, a circle of statues and other regions that prominent in the city,” said the leader of the farmer Meel Rajaram.
